How to Correctly Report Your Watch Sales
Chrono24 offers you, as a dealer, the opportunity to sell your watches anytime, anywhere in the world. In order to ensure the security and transparency of these transactions, it is important that you report all of your sales in accordance with our policies. This applies in particular to sales concluded outside Chrono24.
What sales do I need to report?
All sales initiated on Chrono24 must be reported – even if the sale is completed outside our marketplace. For example, if a customer finds a watch you listed on Chrono24 and decides to buy it in your shop. The reporting requirement also applies to watches you sell as part of a trade-in.
Of course, the reporting requirement does not apply if you sell a watch directly through our marketplace. In this case, we register the sale automatically.
Consequences of Failing to Report Sales
Unreported sales will result in an additional fee of 100% of our regular commission fee. We charge this fee if you do not report sales initiated on Chrono24 and processed off-platform within seven days of completing the transaction.
