New Item Conditions: More Accurate Information for Your Listings

July 10, 2024

When buying a luxury watch, it is crucial that potential buyers know the exact condition of the listed watch prior to buying. Potential customers can only ensure that a watch meets their expectations and make an informed purchase decision when they have all the relevant information.

Now, thanks to a lot of valuable feedback and suggestions from both dealers and buyers, we've been able to revise and improve our item condition options.

Detailed Information About Signs of Wear

Starting 07/30/2024, you’ll be able to specify the signs of wear for pre-owned watches in more detail. This will allow potential buyers to accurately assess the condition of the watch before buying. You can indicate if there are any signs of wear – and if so, how severe they are – for the following components:

  • Case
  • Dial
  • Bezel
  • Crystal
  • Case back
  • Bracelet/strap and clasp

Based on the information you provide, we will suggest an overall condition for your watch that you can accept or modify.
