New: Dealer Badges on Chrono24

On Chrono24, around 3,500 dealers compete for the attention of the more than 9 million watch enthusiasts who visit our marketplace every month. Once a buyer has found their dream watch and wants to narrow down the available listings, it can be difficult to choose a dealer based on the level of service they provide.

We’ve expanded the Dealer Program with the opportunity to earn badges. These badges will help potential buyers choose the dealer they want to buy their watch from, and help you stand out from the competition. By reaching the highest level in each category, you have the potential to showcase your trustworthiness and increase your visibility on Chrono24. We will be suspending the extra bonus in the meantime.

How the New Badges Work

You’ll soon see badges dedicated to different aspects of your performance in your Market Portal. These are response time, punctuality, and the number of sales you’ve made, and always reflect your activity over the last 90 days. Each badge has three levels, showing how well you rank in each category. What’s more, dealers who are particularly quick to send orders are awarded the Fast Shipper badge.

Response Time

This badge is based on the response time displayed in your Market Portal. It lets users know when they can expect you to respond to them, using three levels.

Level 1:

You need longer than 24 hours to respond

Level 2:

You respond within 24 hours

Level 3:

You respond within 4 hours

Punctuality

This badge shows how closely you stick to your handling times.

Level 1:

You ship less than 75% of your items on time or early

Level 2:

You ship at least 75% of your items on time or early

Level 3:

You ship at least 95% of your items on time or early

Number of Sales

This badge shows users how many items you’ve successfully sold in the last 90 days.

Level 1:

You sold at least 1 item

Level 2:

You sold at least 10 items

Level 3:

You sold at least 50 items

If you didn’t receive any messages or sell any items in the last 90 days, this information will be indicated accordingly. You will not automatically receive a level 1 badge for these categories.

Fast Shipper

This badge is reserved for dealers who are particularly quick to ship items. In other words, your average handling time for in-stock items is less than 24 hours. The average is calculated daily based on your sales in the previous 90 days. This badge doesn’t have different levels.

Where to Find Your Badges

You can find your badges under the Dealer Program in your Market Portal and in your listings.

Level 3 badges (the maximum level) will be displayed toward the top of each listing. This shows potential buyers right away why they should choose one of your listings over those from other dealers.

The New Badges Are Replacing the Extra Bonus

The extra bonus will be discontinued from mid-November. You will still receive the extra bonus you have earned this month. The terms for bonuses and fees remain unchanged.

The new badges allow you to showcase your hard work and attract potential buyers. Now more than ever, it pays to take your performance to the next level.
