Certified is a watch certification service that includes (among other things) the certification of the authenticity of the watch by a verified watchmaker. Certified was created to make the sale of luxury watches faster and easier, and to increase buyer confidence on Chrono24.

Since 2019, the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) requires online retailers to assume responsibility for the life cycle of their packaging. Since July 2022, Chrono24, as a marketplace operator, must check whether certain requirements are being met.

We've expanded our Dealer Program: We reward you for shipping items on time and excellent overall performance, and charge additional fees for orders shipped late or cancelled after payment is received for reasons attributable to the seller.

Beginning in February, orders for items with the status "Item in stock" will be accepted automatically. Furthermore, our new penalty fee for orders canceled by the seller after payment also goes into effect.

As of January 1, 2023, we are obligated to submit information about seller transactions on our platform to the German Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt). For this purpose, we need further information from you about your company.
